Complex configurations and rarely-used functionalities are maintained by the HeroShop team based on customer needs. For example, a customer can create promotions and set up the conditions that trigger those promotions. But instead of using a complex dashboard to set the automation flow, each HeroShop customer will discuss his needs with his HeroShop expert and have the flow programmed for him according to his needs, rather than being limited to what the dashboard typically allows.
